Dublin Graded Meeting.
Ger Hensey competed in the Dublin graded track meeting last Wednesday and was rewarded with a fine time of 53.8 in the 400 metres when finishing in second place in his race. Ray Lennon also clocked 53.8 when placing third in his 400 metre race. Catch Grennan kicked off his track season with a fouth place in the mile race in a time of 4.36.23
Mullingar Road League.
The third leg of the Mullingar road league over a distance of three miles was run off last Wednesday with another big field of 423 runners and walkers competing. Best for Tullamore was Declan Fahey who finished in a good third place in a time of 16.29. Other Harriers results were. 13 Jody O’Reilly 17.11 ; 19 John Donegan 17.35 ; 22 Richie Galvin 17.47 ; 41 Pat Conlon 18.49 ; 61 Fra Mollen 19.29 ; 87 James Mahon 20.40 ; 94 Brendan Kennedy 20.46 ; 131 Martina Conlon 22.13.
Business Houses
Declan Madden ran in the Business Houses Intel 10k road race held in Leixlip last Saturday where he finished in 9th place in a big field in a good time of 36.39.

Tullamore Harriers extend their deepest sympathies to David Gorry and family on the recent death of Eileen Gorry, Geashill.
Jack Cox 5k Road Race.
The Jack Cox 5k road race takes place in Kilcormac this coming Friday May 28th at 8.00pm. This race is open to everyone so why not kick off the weekend on a positive note by supporting this local race.

May 25th : Na Fianna AC. 5k road race in Enfield , Co Meath at 8pm.
May 26th : Final leg, Mullingar Road League at 8.00pm.
May 28th: Jack Cox road race, Kilcormac at 8pm.
June 6th : Leinster Senior and Masters Track and Field Championships, Tullamore.
Training: Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30pm, Sunday morning at 8.30am Except on a race day. New members always welcome.
